Rooms we had was big for a Hotel 2 bedder. It was very clean and well set up, the service was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent.
The way it's built with open foyers between floors can be a little noisy. The hotel was well booked when we were there so you could hear groups on other floors coming in and out. They were all one large sporting group and all knew each other, so may not be so loud normally. Lifts were a little slow but it was crowded so probably expected.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Room was spacious and comfortable
Location was very central and close to the heart of the CBD
Breakfast was of good quality and had a good selection
Room design was a little questionable - bedroom door could not be closed as the bed was blocking the way. And the shower door could only be swung open one way, or else it would hit the taps.

The location is great and easy distance to CBD. Breakfast was hot and fresh.
Need to be careful with underground parking with tight access.
