Spacious bathroom
Bed was comfy
Couldnt work the TV as the remote wouldnt work
Walked in to the room and the heater was on cranked to 26.7 degrees so couldnt even stand being in there without having the door wide open
Windows were like tunnels and felt like a prison cell
Keypad on the heater/aircon was faulty
Rooftop wasnt open due to an event (part of the reason we chose this particular hotel)
Other residents set off smoke alarms and had to evacuate at midnight
Was told via booking that I could use valet as advised - had to drive and use the U-Park and carry bags back to hotel
Staff at the reception desk were less than friendly
