Easy check in, my request for a shower seat for the disability room was fulfilled that day, the accessibility for a wheelchair user was excellent, the bathroom and room layout was consciously considered for ease of movement.
Parking options might be improved - no clear disability parking in the paid parking next door.

An exemplary stay at a new hotel on North Terrace. Great location with the trams, trains and access to the CBD.
The room was well furnished, very comfortable and clean. The highlights were the bed, luxury soaps and integrated blackout blinds allow block all light. The room was very well soundproofed. Automated light switches and curtains are easily accessed from the bed.
Check in and out is automated but the lobby is staffed 24/7. Service was efficient, responding to requests quickly and allowing earlier check in, They also offered bag storage after checkout.

Very well comfortable and well appointed property. Staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. If travelling with a partner I would suggest booking the slightly larger room.

Smart new building in a good location. Easy access via train and close to restaurants, galleries, shops, etc. Good views from the bar. The room was quiet and comfortable with good lighting options. Bed and linen were good too.
The services inside the hotel felt lacking. No restaurant or cafe. No cooked breakfast. Machine / self service coffee only. We had to knock last night's crumbs off our seats at breakfast, which was being laid out well after when we arrived. A library with no books? A business centre without access late evening until breakfast. Our bath had no products within reach, making a relaxing soak impossible. The robe had to be emptied of ironing board and bath robes to enable us to hang our clothes.
