The breakfast was great, good choices
If you had food allergies, the catered event food wasn't brilliant. On the Friday night anyone with an allergy was given a baked half of cauliflower that had spices on top. It was so spicy I ended up with blistered lips and tongue as well as a sore throat. The main meal was a chicken dish but because I had an allergy were not offered this. My allergy is to all seafood.

Room was spacious enough without being too big. Everything worked! I’ve stayed in Adelaide a lot lately for my son’s medical treatment and Crowne at least has functioning heating/cooling…….
Room service was quick and delicious.
Bed was very comfortable. Staff were all very professional and confident with information/details

Very well informed by the hotel of any roadworks happening and how I can still access the hotel. Great location, close to shopping and night life.
The pillows very uncomfortable. Bring your own if you can!

Cleaning could be better
Trying to get extra coffee was like very hard one sachet per person is not enough per day or enough milk
Toilet paper should be full new rolls each time room is changed of checkins
Not as good as melbourne crowne plaza
The cocktails we bought are only half filled
$$$$
