specious room, big table, courteous staff always ready to help and a convenient location .. these all thing were there which make a stay comfortable.

Location, nicely furnished rooms.
The room was not clean. Lots of dust, popcorn on floor. Previous guest had left her earrings on the bedside cabinet that had not been picked up by the cleaner - had the room been cleaned.
The day of check out or key card stopped working and concierge had to come up to the room with us to let us back in.
