Everything was beyond our expectations. The hotel is amazing. It has everything you need in your vacation. The attention to detail is incredible.

Classic Limassol hotel . The kids club is absolutely superb and indoor pool and grounds . Rooms are gorgeous .

It’s such a pity they can’t fit 2 adults a toddler and a baby sharing a bed in their sea view rooms. The only option for sea view is crazy expensive . The daily food options of the normal restaurant, are a bit too standard really they need to be updated and a few more options. Also for kids that go bed at 1930 we can’t eat anywhere but the buffet main restaurant earlier openings at 6 would really help.

We had high expectations for our stay at Amathus Beach Hotel, but unfortunately, the experience fell well short of what one would expect from a luxury five-star property. The most concerning incident occurred when my wife found a piece of glass in her drink. Thankfully, no one was injured, but this is a serious safety issue. What disappointed us even more was the lack of any meaningful response or compensation from the hotel. Basic amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided in the room and had to be requested, which was surprising for a hotel of this category. At the grownups pool, there were many families with children. Our daughter was asleep in her stroller, yet we were initially refused permission to sit by the adults-only pool. Only after speaking with the manager were we allowed to stay, and even then, under specific conditions. A more thoughtful and flexible approach would have been appreciated. The breakfast selection was repetitive and largely standard continental fare, while the bathroom amenities felt dated and below the standard expected at this price point. The pool area was another disappointment. Sunbeds were constantly occupied, and it appeared that the pool attendant reserved loungers for friends while preventing guests from moving unused chairs. This created an unfair and frustrating experience. Many members of the staff came across as stressed or unfriendly, and service throughout our stay lacked the warmth and attentiveness expected from a luxury resort. The prices of food and beverages were excessive. Cocktails cost €16 each, ice cream was €5 despite being available for a fraction of the price just across the road, and even on the Half Board plan were charged separately for water with dinner, which felt unreasonable. In addition, our bill contained repeated errors. We had to remind the staff several times that we were on the Half Board plan to have incorrect charges removed.
