The receptionist were rude and disengaged. Also a woman at the spa front desk was rude. It’s a pity that such a nice hotel that sits on a great real estate doesn’t train the staff adequately.

Good size room and bathroom. Very hot water quickly. Selection of restaurants for eating. Helpful and pleasing staff. Plenty of space to move around. Bedroom cleaned before lunch every day.
Aircon not working well in bedroom, resulting in hot and sweaty sleep due to heavy duvets. Poor quality food for Christmas day lunch, given price being charged. I (naively ?) expected turkey with stuffing, Christmas pudding, etc. Only 4 out of 13 wines on list (excluding Champagne and sparkling wines) were Cypriot. Such lists varied from restaurant to restaurant, but always with Cyprus wines in the minority..
