The staff is outstanding - everyone is tuned to one important thing - make us the customers happy - really !!!
The 3 restaurants are great the Italian is outstanding 👏
The rooms are spacious and being cleaned twice a day thoroughly
P.S. one thing that we noticed that differentiate the hotel is that it’s so GREAN 🌿- walking around the Limassol beachfront promenade you can immediately notice that the other hotels don’t look so nice as this one and it’s all about the plants and trees - well done🌿👏
I would have preferred that it would have a “real” private beach which is part of the hotel - but, saying that, the beach was great and the service at the beach was also outstanding as was everything at this hotel

We liked the wall art and general design of the hotel. The space was well decorated. We enjoyed using the padel court. Loved the Chinese restaurant.
There was a cockroach in the room but I know it can’t be helped at times due to the area. Lots of children by the pool which is of course ok but the adult only part for relaxing was at a different hotel. The toilets were far from the beach area.

Clean
There is no proper indoor seating area in the hotel.
The only available seats are in the reception area, and there is just a cafeteria.
This means we have to sit there and order something, and we are not allowed to bring our own drinks from outside into the reception.
This feels strange and uncomfortable,
