The location is excellent for motorway access. The property has been refurbished with new room fittings and bathrooms, beds are comfortable. A new breakfast area has also been constructed that is a big improvement. Breakfast is a varied continental style. Everything about the accommodation does what it says on the tin!
With the room refurbishment, the bed is positioned close to the wall on one side.

Clean, good location for a traveller en route to the south & respectful staff
A soap dispenser at the sink would have been nice (rather than having to climb into the shower & get. Lap from there).
It would have also been good to wake up to a cup of coffee - a kettle & coffee sachets is a small ask

The location and secure parking.
The room was really cramped , room was dirty and covered in dust in areas clearly not cleaned very much. No restaurant there or basic facilities
