room was clean and comfortable, parking was easy and location is perfect while travelling since its proximity to the motorway. staff was courteous and helpful
I was expecting more from breakfast to be honest, it barely reached a sufficient level and certainly the biggest down in my experience.

Basic as expected, but really comfortable and clean. Room small, but not cramped for 3 adults. Helpful and friendly staff.
Location very easy to get to and find.
Barely adequate breakfast choice at 9 30am - although I could have asked for more and did not, so my own fault? Saves searching for a cafe elsewhere.
