Great location, very short walk to historic center, good size room .
Excellent host offered great sight seeing tips & good communication over bookings, even gave us a Matera fridge magnet on departure.
There are some free parking spaces on the opposite side of road that we were lucky enough to get one.
Matera was great .

Location, room cleanliness and facilities, 2 water bottles included and some tea. Receptionist was extremly helpful and guided me, even though i arrived extremely late (22:30) because of traffic. Very friendly person and he improved the overall experience of hotel, even game some tips to things to see around, and parking. Even made me great coffee during checkout. Room was spotless and i was travelling with a dog - even though room did not have nice view or balcony, as on title images from hotel, it was cool enough so it did not need ac or heating. Rooms were quiet and no sounds from busy traffic or trains. I extended my stay for one more night.
I am not sure of there is breakfast included, booking did not offer the option to include it. However plenty of places to eat around.
