This house was a great size for my group of 10 and was an easy walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having garage space for three cars. We’d definitely stay here again!

Location to beach was a quick three minute walk. Plenty of space for all of my family members. We also spent some time in the pool, which was great with our three infant, one toddler, grandchildren. Plenty of attractions to walk to, including places to eat. For the most part the condo was clean, although I do not think the kitchen floor has been mopped lately. If you’re a light sleeper you can hear traffic at night. We were glad that the balconies were facing the way they were, no direct sunlight, there was always shade with a slight breeze, which made it very nice to enjoy sitting out there.

Property was ready upon our arrival. Cleaner’s did an excellent job readying the property as they said it was very, very messy from the last renters.
Excellent location for families. Local attractions are conveniently accessible. Beach access is very convenient and the pool was very inviting. Overall our vacation was very positive with us checking out availability of this property for next year again.

Wonderful vacation!
This property was everything we were hoping for! Clean, nice house with plenty of room and parking! All the comforts of home on vacation! Its walking distance to the beach, has shared pool and is close to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping! It's closer to the boardwalk than we were expecting! We had a wonderful time with four families! 7 adults and 6 small people!

Four bedroom townhouse in North Ocean City
This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this unit and enjoyed it a lot. Nice to have a three car garage to park cars and stow beach gear. Not going to lie, there's a lot of stairs, but the four bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms are nice, the living room and balconies are great for relaxing. Overall, our stay was wonderful. Close to eateries, mini-golf, laser tag, arcade, etc. Even had time to enjoy the pool, which we had to ourselves. Nicks Ribs is literally 20 yards away and has live music everyday from 5-8 in the open air bar area. Ponzetti's pizza, Fractured Prune donuts, and a very nice deli are just a block away and a quick walk. The beach is a little bit of a walk, like 200 yards, so not awful. We used a wagon, which made it easy.

We loved this place. The layout was great and it was super clean. You can easily walk to everything. The parking garage is nice but very tight for 3 cars. Only complaint is that there isn’t a bathtub, and with a 3 year old and 6 month old that made it pretty challenging each day to wash the sunscreen off.

The house is perfect for a large family. The kitchen is well stocked and the overall common area is quite spacious. The 3 car garage becomes a necessity as the weekend approaches. Overall we were excited to be able to make beautiful memories in 2021 with our extended family.

The location is great for quick access to beach. You can hear traffic driving past house all night since it's also next to Coastal Highway. The house was not very clean. Probably due to inefficient cleaning service between guests.

The property was beautiful and very close to the beach for easy access. Enjoyed the pool on the property and easy access into the home with code. Beds comfortable and the shower had great pressure for an enjoyable end to the day after the beach and other excursions. Easy travel along coastal highway with many sights, shopping, and great restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Mini Getaway
The keyless entry and the 3 car garage were an added bonus. The pictures do not do the property justice because the unit was very spacious and was perfect for our mini getaway. The only issue we experienced was that the weather was not cooperative. I highly recommend this property.

Great COVID-friendly spot for September 2020!
Everyone was very pleased with the overall spaciousness of this property. All rooms were as advertised, and main living area seemed larger than the pictures portrayed - especially the kitchen. Protected 3-car garage was much appreciated - even fit my large pick-up truck. We were lucky to find such a great place uptown so that we could avoid the O.C. crowds while enjoying a great stretch of beach. The pool bar across 145th was a nice plus. Only minor negative was lack of coffee table in area between (nice!) wraparound couch and TV. No biggie.
