The Earthquake Fault Trail offers scenic hiking trails for everyone to enjoy. Downtown Mammoth Lakes is under two miles east, which means dining and entertainment will be just a stone’s throw away! Yosemite National Park is a 40-mile drive away, but it’s totally worth the trip. THINGS TO KNOW The internet in this area is unreliable. This home does not allow early check-in. Please remember to bring your pool towels, we only provide regular towels for your stay. While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Nice place, but just average. A few issues like broken blinds and tv in master wasn’t working. Unit is on 3rd floor with no elevator! If going to charge this much, then I would expect more!

To whom it may concern,
We are very disappointed with the condition of this condo. This should not be ok with VRBO and Vacasa Standards. There is a couch that has taped up holes, broken springs and is absolutely gross, burnt foot rest on the fireplace, broken blinds upstairs & downstairs, broken sliding door, holes and soft spots in the kitchen floor, peeling paint in the main floor shower, carpet that needs replacing, cob webs hanging from the ceiling, holes in the main floor bathroom door, open electrical outlet behind the TV on the main living room, breaker box behind the entry door that has so much paint on it that it won’t latch & opens every time you open & close the door and the condo itself needs paint and touch up.
The pictures in the add misrepresent the condition of the condo (probably taken years ago) and nowhere in the description does it ever say that there is three flights of stairs to get to the condo!
This was not was not an inexpensive condo and it should not be represented as so. VRBO and Vacasa should inspect it themselves and see if it up to their standards. It is not what we have come to expect using your websites.

We had a great stay with our family. There were a few things that need attention such a damaged couch and the bathtubs. The listing says there is a sofa bed, however the sofa bed is inoperable and they have a sign in the living room that warns you that it’s not to be used. The cleaning could have been a bit better but overall we had a comfortable stay. My family and I had a great time we even saw a bear by the recycling bins. It was great.

You definitely can't ski out of the property. You need to walk all the way to the closest ski lift which is canyon express. Skiing back to the lodge is better but not the greatest. There's a ski back trail but it doesn't lead directly back to the apartment. You need to do some sketchy skiing off the trail and do some walking back to the apartment.

Great Location. Condo OK.
Love the location! Hubby drove us <2 miutes to the lifts and then picked us up at end of day. Check in was easy and convenient code key to open front door.

Very comfortable home.
Great location. Very homey and comfortable. Would have given it 5 stars but 4 flights of stairs after lung surgery was a bit tough. But we did see a bear from our balcony. Almost made up the 5th star.

Winter time would be a great location . Just up the street to Canyon Lodge for skiing. Just a reminder that you’re on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Hauling groceries or gear up and down.

This was a good property for a short getaway. Plenty of room for a family and close to the village. Would def stay again.

Spacious but not well kept and thin walls
It is not well maintained:
- When I was getting into the shower I had to find that the shower knob was unscrewed, taken apart. So before being able to turn on the water, I had to first figure out how to get the three pieces of it in the right order and onto the valve and then somehow tighten the screw with my fingernail to hold it somewhat in place. I later found a screwdriver under the sink and was able to tighten it properly though.
- Seemingly everything that could be lose was lose: one of the four table legs was not screwed tight making the table very wobbly (it's easy to spill coffee when the whole table wobbles!) -- I hand-tightened them as best I could --, at least five knobs of drawers were lose (tightened them), the three legs of the two bedside tables upstairs were not screwed in tight and hence wobbly (I screwed them tight).
- The name (SSID) of the wifi that was given to us was incorrect (though the right one was easy to guess).
- The heater in the bedroom downstairs doesn't seem to work or only works intermittently.
The walls are thin: At night, we could hear every word spoken in the room of the apartment next door that was adjacent to ours, as well as what people below were saying.
On the plus side: it actually feels very nice and cozy, there are tons(!) of board games, which we loved, and it's not too far to walk to Canyon Lodge (there are stairs to get up and down the hill).

Family vacation
The property was clean but somewhat dated All the appliances worked -we were able to cook full meals and all fit at the table to enjoy family style dinners. The only drawback was the frying pans were falling apart and or scratched and there was only a few mismatched coffee mugs The bedrooms were large all with sheets and plenty of blankets as well as towels for all Both showers were clean and had a good supply of hot water Check in was a breeze communication easy all in all great place for family fun -just a note there are three flights of stairs to reach the condo

The condo was nice size, the beds could've been better but all in all we enjoyed our stay.
