We loved how close the property is to the beach and the central location on the island. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. The pool/common are was nice and it was great to have an assigned parking space. Honestly, my only complaint is that the bedding really needs some updates. From the pillow cases to sheets to blanket/comforter none of them were matching as if from a set and could tell they are very old and worn. Throw pillows and decor are very dated. These things are inexpensive to replace/update to give the place a more inviting stay. Otherwise, I’d definitely stay again I’d just bring my own linens.

Property was exactly as listed and everything was in great condition. It's location to beach access is unbeatable for the price point, there is a designated parking spot, all the appliances you could need, plenty of space, and is overall a gem. Our family had a wonderful vacation!

We had trouble locking the door, the top lock would not work. I called Boris to inform him about the situation, and he imformed me someone would be their the next day, no one ever showed up, and although he said he would replace anything that went missing, we where concerned that anyone could use a credit card and enter tha condo.
The showers where a little dirty. Both showers had long hairs on the walls. The table on the patio was filthy, look like chocolate milk or chocolate ice cream. We used the dryer so l checked the lint filter before putting the clothes inside, and it was totally filled with lint, looked like it had not been cleaned out in months. I have pictures of the hair, the table outside on the balcony and the lint from the dryer filter. With so many different people staying in this condo it would behove Boris to check his propery to make sure everything is clean and in working order. The dryer, if not checked, and cleaned out could have caused a fire! If you would like to see the pictures let me know and l will e-mail them to you.

A lot more than 150 feet to the beach, no lights in the bedroom with twin beds, only 2 of the hot tub jets worked, urine or ? stains on the mattress pad in the master room, you are expected to take the trash down 3 flights of stairs but the trash bags were so thin we had to carry the trash in the trash can, the key to the door was difficult to get in and out, rules to the condo were not being enforced, the washer and dryer are very small.
There were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. There were also beach toys available and chairs and an umbrella. The location felt very safe for kids to be at.

We really like this property. It was spacious and close to the beach. The office was always closed so we never were able to give them the guest form. The pool is great for kids and the condo had a ton of beach supplies and pool toys.

We loved our stay. The host was amazing! Great communication and check in is a breeze. The place is clean and well maintained. It has all you will need for the beach. Great kitchen. The balcony is great for hangout. The pool and hot are warm and wonderful. The condo community is filled with nice people. The staff takes great pride in keeping up the grounds and the common areas.

Great place for the price. Is an older property on the island but very well maintained and absolutely no moldy smell anywhere in the unit (which is nearly impossible to find in SPI).

Awesome place
Wlclose to the beach, awesome condo but most important awesome owner. Truck was towed due to tow truck not seeing sign in window, owner of condo stepped in and help get everything taken care of. Will most definitely be back next year...

Nice stay for a quick getaway
The location is walking distance to a beach access. The condo is very spacious and quiet. The on-site property manager was very helpful answering questions. I would stay here again. The property owner has beach stuff in the closet [chairs, umbrellas] to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Pictures dont do the property justice!
The condo was very well laid out. We had a problem with a/c and within a hour of notifying owner we had a repairman at the door. It was fixed within minutes The courtyard is very clean and maintained. My only issue was the masterbed room bed was hard as a board. I added two comforters under sheet and was a bit better. The condo also supplied lots of cookware and utensils. They also had coffee and sugar in pantry. The owners thought about everything from books and games to beach toys. Perfect for a family get away. Will definitely be back!

Great stay
The property is perfect close to the beach (2 minute walk), quiet neighborhood, and clean. Boris was extremely accommodating, the weather forecast was going to be pretty unpleasant during our original scheduled reservation (we have a 2 year old), he was very understanding and rescheduled us on 2 days notice w/ and extra day. Will definitely stay again.

This was our third time staying at this property. It's a smaller complex which we love; the pool is hardly ever crowded. The beds are comfortable, plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and towels are provided. It's a short walk to the beach. Cant' beat it! We will be back.

My family ans i thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very resposive and accommodating to our checknin and check out needs. The place was SUPER clean and very close to the beach. Its within walking distance!! Overall, we had a great experience and would love to stay there again when we travel back to SPI.

We enjoyed our time in South Padre. Everyone at the building was very friendly. With a 5 week stay there were a couple things that needed repair but the owner resolved the problems quickly.

Great place, exactly as described, very clean
Wanted a quick weekend getaway and this place was exactly as described. The owner responded quickly via text (fyi, the vrbo messaging system is much slower) and resolved a small scheduling issue perfectly.

This was the best SPI stay I have ever had! The condo is in an AMAZING location and the host is so great! The host friendliness and helpfulness is enough to make me want to rebook! The condo had everything we needed the entire stay. It is so spacious and well decorated. The set up is wonderful. Especially the living room and big dining table. The rooms are incredible big and so are the bathrooms. The closet had everything needed for the beach from chairs to sandcastle equipment! Having two bathrooms made the trip so much easier. The kitchen was great to cook in and was fully stocked! The entire place was quiet! The balcony is great and overlooks the pool/hottub so you're always able to check if its free for use. The pool is keycode gate locked so only residents can get in! Maitenance cleaned it every morning. The pool is spacious and has a deep end that is seperated from the regular depth which I enjoyed. The condo is SUPER close to the beach. I was able to chose from 3 different beach accesses to go to. Restaurants, gas station, and dollar general are all within 5-8 min walking distance. This was the BEST stay ive had (I go to SPI a lot) and I will book again the next time I visit!

*hooks to hang up beach towels and wet swim suits(once the shower rods were full they ended up being hung on top of doors and over chairs)
*more lighting in the main living area (one lamp was not enough...we moved a lamp from the master but it was still dark)
*and our #1 complaint would be the master bed was incredibly hard...like deal breaker hard. In the future if we found a place with a similar price we would go there because the bed was so hard. Which is sad because besides that the place is great!

Sea Scapes Vacation
My family and I enjoyed this property! There are 2 bedrooms (master has a queen bed and spare bedroom has 2 twins) & 3 TVS - one in each bedroom and one in living area. The couch doesn't have a pull out but it's pretty comfy. 2 bathrooms both with shower/tub combos. The whole apartment/condo is pretty well stocked - I don't think we ever ran out of towels in 3 days! The washer/dryer really came in handy. The pool & jacuzzi were awesome - plenty of chairs around and charcoal grills - with an awesome outside shower to rinse all the beach sand off. This place was great - we didn't want to leave ! Thanks Boris 😊
