A wonderful stay, the room was lovely and clean with a beautiful terrace and a great view. The host was so kind, she greeted us with juice and melon and free tea and coffee throughout our stay. She gave a restaurant number so we could have some delicious food right on the terrace too! We had a huge delicious breakfast included as well. The safari that we went on organised by the host of the property was exceptional, we saw so many amazing animals including a leopard up close and crocodiles! We were gifted some snacks and drinks along the way too! We had such a wonderful stay here and the host was amazing, she even dropped us off at the bus station at the end of our trip! Couldn’t recommend enough!

The host arranged transport to and from Yala, and the safari. Really recommend the safari she arranged since we got the feeling the guide was very much knowledgeable and did everything to see most animals. Overall a fantastic experience

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Yala National Park River View Hotel! The host is incredibly sweet and accommodating, making us feel completely welcome from the moment we arrived by kindly allowing us to check in early so we could settle in before our safari. The property is exceptionally convenient if you are traveling with a driver or renting your own vehicle, as there is a great, spacious area with plenty of room for parking a jeep securely.
The amazing vegan breakfast that was prepared for us is still on our mind. It was fresh, delicious, with local specialities and gave us the perfect energy boost before heading out. Between the fantastic hospitality, great amenities, and perfect location for wildlife tours, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a safari adventure in Sri Lanka!
