Breakfast was of a high quality and staff friendly and helpful. Location fantastic.
All was good. I would STRONGLY SUGGEST, a dim night light in the bathrooms so you can see where you are going at night if you need the bathroom.

Great location, exceptional staff right through the hotel. Old school luxury with total class . Loved this hotel but what made it so special was the exceptional staff, every Touchpoint the staff couldn’t do enough for you and tried to make sure every interaction felt personalised. You were a treasured guest. We upgraded to the 28 sq meter room and had a great view . Rooms are beautifully appointed and bed super comfortable. The room had a sofa and a good desk to work from. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were exceptional.we were served by Sergio and he couldn’t do enough for us.

Location of the hotel and bar area
We were given an upgraded room but it had an unpleasant smell of drains. Moved to a 2nd room which was like a prison cell - small, dark and dingy. Insisted on a move to another room which was only available from the second day. It was lighter but had no real outlook.
