Very friendly staff , great location , good breakfast .
The tub/shower is very hard to get in and out of . Very slippery and should have some shower stickers on the bottom to avoid slipping .

Amazing location on Gran Via. As soon as you walk in you can smell the Mint aroma in line with the hotel branding.
Lots of nice touches such as flavoured water and sweets at the lobby.
Great staff & competitive pricing too.
The only slight downside was the room air conditioning only went to 19 degrees, I’d prefer it to be able to be set lower for those who want even cooler temperatures in this current heatwave.

The staff are amazing - friendly and helpful - the location is excellent. Very nice breakfast. Rooftop bar is also very nice
The rooms are not great. We booked 2 junior suites and both were dark, badly laid out and badly furnished.
