Location, friendly staff
My room had a step down from the bathroom area to the bedroom area that represented a tripping hazard especially at night when lights were off.

Cristina, the front desk manager. She is the only positive asset of this property in my opinion. She will keep yoh coming back as she does her best to cover all the defaults of the hotel.
Rooms were not clean, house keepers are loud (talking, almost yelling in the hallways), most reception staff do not greet you when you come and go. Bugs in the room (I had a terrace).
