position overlooking the green, quiet. Had requested twin beds and only had double which wasn't ideal.

Five minute walk from the trams and cafes. Quiet area
Pretty much everything okay. Bit expensive for what it is but that’s Edinburgh. Steep stairs.

It was clean and it has good connections by bus with the city center.
Edinburgh is a very expensive place so it was a reasonable price compared to other hotels but I still think that it is very overpriced for what it offers.
The rooms are so small that you barely can move inside after you placed all your luggage on the floor as there is no other space designated for this.
There is no wardrobe or a bedside table.

Great location
Bathroom needed updating - not particularly clean. No wardrobe or hanging facilities. Double bed pushed up against the wall so struggled to get in or out - should really be classed as a single room not a double and could feel the springs of the mattress. Hair dryer unsafe to use. View from the room was onto scruffy gardens and timber yard.
