Staff were accommodating and friendly. Location is close to transport and tourist areas yet quiet area. Clean facility.

Everything was great! The place was super clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is fantastic- close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city.

The location was ideal. Self check-in instructions were clear.
It was quite underwhelming and a little too tiny for the price we paid. The AC is controlled by the staff and unfortunately you can't adjust the temperature to your liking. The balcony had a broken "fence" that separated the room next door's balcony from ours. There was a closet with more blankets however those blankets had an unpleasant old clothes smell.
