Really modest and nice. The staff was respectful and helpful , we had plenty of facilities and the kitchen can be used whenever you need to eat. Quit street and had access to metro station and bus stops that are essential for a visitor. Had plenty of nice and cheap restaurants nearby.
I would have loved if there was some way to wash clothes and dry them. Although there is a washing place nearby and I don't think it's a reason to get a star off.You can leave your towels from the beach on the balcony at least.

Located in the heart of the city, walking distance to metro lines. Excellent bakery right downstairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving great advice for destinations and transportation. The room was comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were clean.

I stayed here a couple years ago and enjoyed the stay then, decided to come back and really like the updates they’ve made with the entry and the rooms. They also very kindly extended our accommodations an extra day last minute. I like the location and how easy it is to pop on and off the metro! Staff was so lovely and everything was kept very clean!
Nothing negative to say! I would book there again!

Inside of the harbor, no much walk from a cruise. Staff was friendly.
Nothing to do with a four-star hotel. A hostel or one/two star hotel at most. Over priced.
Wifi or 5G signal were very weak in room.
