The farmer's dog
Motel style rooms with stained carpets, however it was clean and comfortable, the pub which is che k in and breakfast is dead, and. You need a car get about. We did get a taxi to the farmer's dog, it cost us £45 😑

Lovely property , picturesque. Car parking available
The 2 storey building of rooms at the back very basic & terrible smell of drains outside . The smell also in the room/bathroom. No staff about & disappointing continental breakfast

Lovely location to base yourself from
Certainly not as described (pictures are a few years old!) no full English brekkie even though photos contain pics of it, all continental, EV charger out of action but no signage and whole place looks run down and in need of some tlc - we got the impression it is being run down as an establishment, certainly not 4 star - we were a group of 6 and all of us thought it was 2 star at best. Staff try really hard but not supported by owners to make it as per advertised. Real shame as it clearly was much nicer a few years ago.
