All the hotels in the area seemed quite expensive but I believe we chose well and everything felt clean and well maintained. Dinner provided a good choice of dishes and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also excellent with a good selection of food, all lovely and fresh.

Well cooked breakfast ' good room standard- very helpful and friendly staff
Car parking difficult as disabled - only 2 disabled spaces and these always had cars in situ which didn't have blue badges- became ill due to having to walk a considerable distance. On booking I outlined my mobility issues particularly with stairs and promised a ground floor room- did get a ground floor room but there were steps down to it. Overall layout not wheelchair friendly- steps to all eating areas but no ramps - staff very apologetic but could do nothing, ended up cancelling Sunday lunch due to parking and mobility issues and returned home earlier than expected
