Staff were very helpful, the room and communal areas were all gorgeous, breakfast was lovely and dinner at The Bull was fabulous.

Great location, excellent staff, good food, nice vibe.
Low doorways, tight stairs with no elevator, nowhere for second suitcase, small vanity, limited power outlets.

The staff's attitude - helpful and keen to help
Facilities were not well maintained - the toilet roll holder was already broken and left on the window ledge . Could not find the hairdryer . No box tissue provided. Heater in bathroom not working . Room heater not warm enough. An extra heater was provided . Room lighting too dark .
