Room & location excellent. Breakfast awful. Help yourself stuff like toast, jams, orange juice etc. Fine. Cooked breakfast overcooked, cold as was the tea & coffee. Not up to standard for a 4 star hotel.

Located in the heart of Woodstock with a good selection of local pubs available.
Great reception staff - cheerful and helpful.
Very reasonble bar prices.
Good evening meal but a larger choice would have been appreciated.

The staff were very friendly. The room was lovely and clean. Had a good night sleep.
The breakfast took ages to come, and was cooked quite crispy , not what I expected to be. Plus the fruit had ran out, and bread.

Heritage and the room itself was fantastic The cleanliness of the room and facilities in the room were fabulous. The room service each day was perfect. The reception staff went out of their way to be lovely.
The afternoon tea was appalling. There was no dinner or lunch service breakfast was by far the worst I’ve ever had. The outside steps on the handrail to our room was filthy, covered in bird droppings and gravel - the noise of the night time was disturbing
