The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful, right next to Sherwood Forest.
I felt it was in need of some updating. Very dark and worn.

Friendly staff.
There was only American style coffee for breakfast. For £15 I would hope to get a cappuccino or latte option.

Good location and close to centre parcs
After a long drive, the first room we were offered was a bit of a disappointment. The gentleman showing us to the room couldn’t open the door himself and then expected us to be able to do it, even though he couldn’t. It was just very time-consuming and annoying, as we had been driving for a long time and just wanted to get into the room and sit down. Thankfully, the owner came out and changed the room for us, which resolved the issue.
