Beautiful rooms, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Nice little thoughtful touches. Great location with a view of the minster from our room.
Nothing really. A bit of a faff having to lock the door on the way out in the evening - but at least you couldn’t lock yourself out. Perhaps a code entrance lock would work better?
