I think it was very good value for money and I want to mention that the location was a very big up! It was very good situated close to the main beach, bus stations and shops.
I would say the lack of drying rack for the beach stuff

Room had a huge double bed, nice balcony and a tv with multiple channels, a great shower and bath, and a couple of fans. It also had blackout type curtains which keep out the light, and to some degree the heat. It had a room safe which I didn't use. Great location, away from loud bars, but close enough to easily walk to them. There is a hotel swimming pool which I used a couple of times. At ground level there is a kebab restaurant for meals in the evening, and I had an excellent kebab on my final evening.
The room could have benefitted from air conditioning as it was a warm room and even both fans on, didn't fully do the job.

Very compact but also very comfortable handy for the quiet side of the bay with all amenities close at hand
Could be updated with easier access for the shower for older guests

The location was ok.
Room was small with little room to place things. Close to the lift, very noisy and people playing music until midnight. They said the rooms are cleaned every 2 days, but nobody came to clean the room in 3 days.
