This is our second visit. We enjoy everything about it - the facilities, the entertainment, the staff are fantastic, the location. The breakfast facilities and range, the pool bar. Can't fault it.
I think it would be better if the safe deposit boxes were free or possibly just pay a deposit and maybe some tea/coffee in the rooms.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities, daily activities, and evening entertainment are excellent.
My friend normally lives in Australia and was visiting Europe, and she absolutely loved the hotel. She said that if she ever comes back to Mallorca, this is the only hotel she would choose to stay at again!
As for me, I have been coming to this hotel every summer for the past four years — sometimes even twice in the same summer — which probably says everything! It feels like coming back home every time. Highly recommended!

The pool and the breakfast was nice and convenient to have. The staff was very friendly and it was nice that they were able to call taxis so the wait wasn’t long.
The resort is adults only but there were many teenagers there. I don’t feel like the property was very special, kind of basic.
