Most of the staff were very kind and helpful. The pool and surrounding grounds are beautiful
I got food poisoning from the food at the pool bar. I was so sick I couldn’t leave my room for 24 hours. The customer relations person at the hotel was rude when I told her and wouldn’t do anything unless I got a medical report even though my sickness was nearly passed when I was able to tell her. I also had to pay for the lunch that made me so sick.

We really enjoyed the Balinese beds and the adults-only area. It was peaceful and quiet, with no music or entertainment—perfect for relaxing. The family area seemed livelier, although we didn’t spend any time there. The hotel’s layout is very thoughtfully designed, with the two areas so well separated that you barely cross paths with families with children.
My husband particularly appreciated the wide variety of food, especially the meat and seafood. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and left with a positive impression.
The wine selection could have been more varied.
We initially booked the Gold building because we hadn’t fully understood the differences between the buildings. We later arranged a switch to the adults-only building through messages, but reception was unaware of this when we arrived. Fortunately, the issue was resolved quickly.
I was particularly disappointed that my husband’s birthday went completely unacknowledged—not even a card or a small greeting. A little gesture would have meant a lot to us.
I had also requested bathrobes and slippers in advance, but they were not provided. In addition, I requested a king-size bed when booking, but our room had two separate beds. We only learned on arrival that beds with a single large mattress were not available. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand.
These were relatively small details, but greater attention to guests’ requests would have made our stay even better.

I liked the pool and it was very child friendly, the hotel main areas was nice and the food was good!
Our apartment was old and more like a 3* hotel room at the back of the hotel- needed modernising and the sofa bed was so uncomfortable to sleep on.
My young children and my husband and I all had a vomiting bug and it seemed to be spreading throughout the hotel. Staff were unhelpful when my baby vomited on the floor and I was trying to clean up. He also vomited on a couch in the bar and I was handed a cloth to clean it myself!
