Room was terrific as soon as you entered, you had a great view of the lake, the outlook was stunning.
Breakfast was very enjoyable, room lovely and clean, staff very helpful, l enjoyed my stay with you, l would come again
if and when l am in SA

We thought the room was nice. The beds were definitely comfy and Reception was pleasant.
The Gentlemen managing the Bar and that very nice Restaurant was not very friendly on Saturday night. He over charge me. He disbelieved it, he looked through his pricing book and then he offered to give me a discount on my next round never... never to apologise. He is not appropriate for a service base business. I've run health club for 42 years and he's not someone I'd employ for that role. Also whilst the breakfast was nice, I found it a little bit chaotic and disorientated, first we were told to go sit down on a table. They never mention that we had to come back up to order, this was a young person and then when I ordered, I then tried to order coffee, a lady explained, you have to order that over there. It just was oddly organised

Had ants on one bed,
Room phone didnt work to order room service,
Had to ask for towels, even though booked a room for 4,
$$$$
