While I worked, my little ones had a wonderful place to play, relax, and enjoy their own little holiday. The staff were incredibly kind and caring, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and perfectly suited to our needs. The location was also ideal, with everything our family needed close by for the day.
Knowing my children were happy, comfortable, and well looked after gave me complete peace of mind while I was at work. As a full-time working mum, that reassurance is priceless.
The only area for improvement was the cleanliness of the carpets. There were noticeable stains in each room, and with young children aged 2 and 6 spending plenty of time playing with toys on the floor, I found myself having to ensure they avoided the stained areas. A little more effort in stain removal would make a significant difference to the overall presentation and comfort of the rooms.

The hotel is new and very well designed. It felt spacious and comfortable. There were lovely cottages and parks around the hotel and numerous eateries only 5-6 mins walk away. The Cottage Kitchen Cafe next door served delicious food and excellent brunches. The staff were exemplary. My husband was taken ill and admitted to hospital. The staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful during our unscheduled additional nights accommodation.
There is honestly nothing that failed to meet my expectations. There were renovations next door and the road was blocked for a while but it did not detract from our stay and there was no obvious increased noise.

how quiet it was for north adelaide and near the city. There was no problem getting a park outside when we arrived and as we left early in the morning we didn’t get any parking ticket.
I hate to be a debby downer but, it wasn’t very clean. The room looked spotless from the first glance, yet the bed sheets didn’t look like they had been changed, the bedside tables or counters hadn’t been wiped from the last use, and the shower and bathroom had black mold everywhere which was quite concerning. My partner felt judged walking in and out of the hotel by staff as the first two weren’t very inviting or impressed. I also was surprised by a call after booking on booking.com, from the hotel, informing me of a $500 bond which was money we didn’t have on us at the time. However we did get that back but maybe next time just a suggestion to have this information in the booking process before hand.
