Location. Parking . decor. Beds great quality . Fab fresh quality breakfast.
The pillows on the bed. Rock hard .
Walking into the hotel the smell of fish was very strong . Kippers and haddock on breakfast menu overpower as you walk In and this was at 3 in the afternoon

This property blew us away! We were only there for two nights, but wished it was for a week as the lodge was so beautiful. The owner was exceptionally caring and we arrived to find everything beautifully prepared, with a selection of homemade cakes waiting for us on the dining table. Our stay was perfect in every way.
It would have been ideal had we been able to establish an internet connection on the Smart TV in order to access Netflix, but there were plenty of channels to choose from, so nothing to complain about!

There was a problem with continual water running in the lav and therefore a noise (but the manager did say they’d get a plumber. The shower (though warm) reminded me of something from a caravan. There was a an extra chair in the room in the way of the bathroom basically. I had to move it but kept tripping over it.
The breakfast was pretty average and coffee bad. I think strongly the hotel was not worth the enormous price paid
