Very warm and cozy warm condo. Perfect for our family of three. Pull out couch could probably use a new mattress and another lamp in living room but this is not a big issue at all - just recommendation. Pool is right across the street and downtown short walk. Kitchen has lots of pots of pans etc so helpful if you plan on cooking like I did. Loved the condo and would stay again

You have to go to main street to pick up and drop off keys. I was offered check in less than 1-hour early but had to pay an extra $25.

Did I mention the location. We have stayed at several Trails End condos and the location is great. This condo 313, had a very comfy king bed and the kitchen was stocked with everything. The updated bathroom was beautiful as well. The only thing that is an easy fix is a better fan! The old little dinky fan just didn't work, at all. But I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, conveniently located at base of peak 9. Love that it’s not a huge complex, and that the hot tubs are right downstairs. The condo itself was very comfortable. The fireplace heater was a little finicky but we got help from the property manager and it was fine for the rest of the trip. Recommend you rent skis from the shop at the base of peak 9 for most convenient return experience.

Trails End 313 property, while not being glamorous, provides all the essentials to have a wonderful time right at your fingertips. The ski-in / ski-out location is wondaful and we walked to everything in town easily.

This property in Breckenridge fit our family of three, barely. The property was clean, with a nice kitchen, and in a great location. It is a short walk to the town from the front entrance whether you are a non-skier heading to shop during the day or heading out for some post ski drinks and meals. For the skiers, it is easy access out the back entrance to the Peak 9 Quicksilver lift and you can ski almost all the way to the back door when coming back for lunch or the end of the day.The property could have been better if it was located on opposite side of the building with a mountain view, had a couple of basic food items in the kitchen, and a few more towels, but it worked. (It also needed a little more storage if you have a third person sleeping on the pull-out sofa.)We received good communication from the company regarding check-in and check-out procedures and overall the property lived up to its description and was a good value.

We had a wonderful stay in Breck! Our most favorite thing about the property is the location - it is so convenient! You’re steps away from the lift, the Maggie, and Main Street. The unit was perfect for 3 adults and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Perfectly cozy place with everything g we needed for our family of 4. For a one bedroom it’s arranged very spaciously. Kids were comfy on the pull out couch, still had room to sit even with bed out. Kitchen. Had everything from coffee filters to pots and pans to salt and pepper and TP. The bathroom is outside of the master so nobody has to be invading privacy. The patio is spacious with plenty of seating and room to read or eat. The pool and hot tubs were great! Location is ideal with a super close walk to downtown and our favorite French bakery. We were very pleasantly surprised with the comfort and quality of this condo for the great price!

Great location! Good place to sleep and spend more of your time on the slopes and in town.Surprisingly small condo - however if you all get along well 4 guests could be accommodated. Kitchen bar seating - no table or dining room seating. But has all you need for cooking full meals and also has a full size fridge. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place because there are a lot of nicer places around but at the same time it is adequate and serves its purpose.

Great location at base of peak 9. Walk to Quiksilver Lift or downtown. We did not need a car at all. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
