Situated in Las Vegas, this lovely house for $299 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Attention Guests! Strict change has arrived in Las Vegas and is outlawing over 7000 short-term rentals. When you rent from us you are renting a fully licensed and permitted property! What that means to you is that when you arrive the home will be ready and not boarded up to due legislative change. HEALTH AND SAFETY FIRST! Our cleaning crew is meticulous, which is why we have all 5-star reviews and we have been using the same cleaning crew for over 10 years. The backyard has been fully remodeled and is gorgeous. The in-ground hot tub is state of the art, there are chaise loungers for enjoying an afternoon in the sun, the Blaze BBQ is amazing and the outside dining room chairs are as comfortable as the indoor ones. You will love this desert oasis! Please note that there are security cameras in the front and backyard area to prevent violation of the short-term ordinance rules, which we must adhere to. These cameras are monitored by our Security company. There are no security cameras inside the home. This Impeccable SINGLE STORY home has been fully remodeled from top to bottom. We are a fully licensed and permitted Short-Term Rental with the city, which means you won't ever have to worry about making a reservation with us and having it cancelled because the city shut us down. This is a significant problem in Las Vegas and we have taken the necessary steps to be sure that our home is available when you are booked to stay in it! This property is close to the strip, Summerlin and Downtown Las Vegas. The kitchen is fully equipped, the outdoor area has a Jacuzzi, an intimate sitting area, an outdoor dining table, BBQ and so much more. Every bedroom features a SMART TV with the highest speed wireless internet available and the hosts have spared no expense to guarantee you will never want to leave. In you want high end comfort and luxury this is the home for you! Please check out our pictures as they speak for themselves. We also update our furniture frequently to make sure it is in pristine condition for you. We are excited to speak with you and help you plan your dream vacation. For the protection of future guests who may have allergies there are absolutely no pets allowed in the home at any time with the exception of Service Dogs in which case we will need to be informed what exact work your dog has been trained to perform. Property was clean and just as nice as the pictures. The whole house was fully stocked. Kitchen , bathrooms, laundry room, bedrooms and yard all had everything we needed and extras! They even left us a few water bottles in the refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked this property to attend our daughter’s wedding in Las Vegas and stayed at their lovely home with our son and his wife and our 1 year old grandson. The house was set up perfectly and the flow, furniture and decor was beautiful and cozy and welcoming. They had a high chair and pack and play and even children’s dinnerware. The bedrooms had everything we needed even extra bedding (which the bedding in my opinion was the BEST!) the home was super clean and functional. The patio was beautiful and well thought out. John and Laura were very friendly and responsive and never got impatient with our endless questions. We will 100% book this home again!

When I reserved this home the first thing that caught my eye were the pictures. It looked so modern and clean I was like, "Yeah, this is it". After receving the rules and policies I was like, "Dang that's a lot of rules". Once I got there I realized that this was a 5 star home and had 5 star rules. The home was even better than the pictures showed. Getting in was great. They had it all set up just for us and it was very easy. When we walked in we all said "Wow, now this is a nice home". It was very cozy too. Plenty of space to spread out but quaint enough for it to be like home. Our stay here was pretty much perfect. There were all the things you need when away from home. There really was no need for anything "extra" when going to the grocery store. All we needed was food. We were apprehensive about using the hot tub because it was so cold at night there. Thank goodness we were. It was sooo nice getting in especially since this was one of the main reasons we chose this house. There were clear instructions on how to use it. There was one night while asleep we heard something talking like the alarm said something so we were a little alarmed. The next day I called Laura and the alarm company checked and called me within minutes to say it wasn't the alarm. Come to find out it was the carbon monoxide detectors say that the batteries were low. John was there within 10 minutes to replace them. This was overall a 5 star stay and is highly recommended!!

This property was everything we were expecting and more. The min we walked in we knew we picked the right place. I was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a perfect setting to relax and visit. They have every detail covered. I never needed to communicate too much with them, they made sure I knew everything I needed to know and the odd question I had they answered asap.

We had a wonderful time in Vegas. This VRBO is so nice to drive to and stay. It's quiet and cozy. The Jacuzzi is clean and made relaxing after a long day the best part. Enough room for the 4 of us and we enjoyed the time we were here. Beautiful property. Laura and John were very responsive and helpful the whole time. Thank you for everything.

Laura was an absolutely amazing host, she was very responsive, very clear directions for checkin and out. The home was immaculate, even more beautiful than the pictures.
We travel often for business all over the country and this was hands down the best VRBO we have stayed in, beds so comfortable, linens are high quality, Laura has literally thought of everything!
My one concern was a review from a previous person who mentioned the AC was regulated, was set to high 70s and it was not the case. We had it set at a very comfortable 72 for the entire time w not issues.
Would recommend this business travelers, families basically anyone. It’s not a party house, or party neighborhood. If you’re planning doing that pick a different place this is a very high end home in a beautiful neighborhood. I cannot say enough about our stay and our host! We really hit the jackpot in Vegas w this home.

We stayed here for the first time back in 2018. Now travel brought us back to Las Vegas again and we stayed here again for a week. Simply perfect. We couldn‘t have asked for more. Laura and John were super helpful and responsive during the booking process but also afterwards, which we highly appreciate. The online pictures describe the property very well. Cleaning was again outstanding. The garden was redone in the past years, and we enjoyed that quite a bit. Same applies for the BBQ

Best VRBO we have ever stayed at! Pictures are totally accurate. Exceptionally clean and welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. Soft, comfy bedding, linens, and towels. The kitchen has everything you need. We spent many hours in the beautifully landscaped back yard.. enjoying meals on the patio, reading on the chaise lounges, and relaxing in the spa. Communications with Laura and John were outstanding. We will be staying at this beautiful home away from home again! Thank you!!!

This is the second time my family/friends have stayed in this house for five days (9/1/23-9/6/23). The house has everything you need for a short and/or long stay. It is a blend of contemporary/traditional with updated furniture. Kitchen has all modern convivences, top of the line appliances, pots/pans, etc. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms roomy. Backyard has a hot tub, grill, patio /lawn furniture, and table for six people. Neighborhood is safe with parking. Laura and John are the consummate host and always available at a moment's notice. Pros - The home looks even better in person! There is so much thought put into what you would need to feel at home. There are little reminders posted all over about the trash day, how to use the Spa, where to eat, etc. The notes are done very tastefully and the home feels like one you’d live in not one that several others use. If I needed something like a hot dryer or blanket, it was easy to find because it was in a common sense location. Another great thing (little thing but very thoughtful) the fridge was full of bottled water and the cabinet had distilled water for use in the coffee maker. The bed linens and towels are plush like a 5star hotel. Very well done!!!
Cons: I knew there were cameras but the one overlooking the hot tub in the back was a little weird for me. My husband (more of an exhibitionist) didn’t mind so much but I limited the use of the spa as a result. Lastly, the air wasn’t allowed to be placed below 73..which made it very hard to sleep at night in the heat. Somehow when we’d leave the property we’d come back and the air would be on 76-81 degrees. We’d have to turn it back down to 73 which at first feels better until you try to sleep in it. A recommendation would be never allowing below 70 instead of 73. This would seem to be more practical and comfortable, especially at night.
Or perhaps an automatic setting to keep the home feeling cool.
Overall a great home and owners who take pride and care for their home and the people that stay there.

This is a beautiful property that is quiet and in a good neighborhood. Home amenities were aplenty and as advertised. Comfortable bed, very clean and the perfect spot IMO to get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Modern decor and a beautiful quart kitchen with an island. Would definitely recommend for a getaway that leaves you close enough to rideshare affordably to Fremont St or to the strip

Just as pictured. Everything needed is within the space. All appliances, dishes, cups cutlery cooking dishes, pots, bowls etc.. even coffee filters and pods for the Kuerig.
The outdoor space is meticulously designed and fully private.
The bedrooms are comfortable. Everything is modern and really thoughtfully designed.
We will go back!! Great stay we enjoyed it very much! It was peaceful.

This home was super clean and very well equipped. The yard and the spa were immaculate as well. The bed was comfortable and the spa shower was perfect. Everything is new. The kitchen was perfect - well equipped with really nice appliances. This is not your typical rental where the knives are dull and the pots are awful - we really enjoyed cooking there. The grill is also high end.
The hosts were super responsive and helpful. We definitely plan to go back.

The property is exactly as advertised. It's a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything you want or need is close by. There's also a list of good restaurants nearby, which is located in the living room. Most importantly, Laura & John were great hosts. They were kind, patient, understanding, and accommodating. I never met them, but communicating with them was a pleasure.

The house was perfect for our girls weekend. We lounged in the hot tub and chatted the day away. The house was located close to outdoor activities - Red Rock Canyon for hiking. Also easy to get to The Strip for night out - dinner, show, dancing and slots. We are seriously considering returning to Vegas and this VRBO next year!

We are literally old friends. We met in college in 1974 and have been friends since. We try to get together once a year or couple of years, but Covid disrupted that, so we were overdue to hang out. I found this property on Vrbo where my first reactions was, this looks too god to be true. Until I read the excellent reviews. And eventually I walked in the front door and knew this was going to be a perfect place to stay in LV. The owners John & Laura have great communication from the start. Their house is beautifully-renovated and well-equipped. It was a perfect trip because of the house, our foodie tour, and driving exotic sportscars on a racetrack. The bonus weather in the 70’s and 80’s allowed a lot of time outside in a well-designed backyard with in-ground spa. Awesome vacation option!

This house was super cute and exactly what we needed for our stay. It was clean and the owners, Laura and John were very easy to work with. House came with games that my kids enjoyed playing as well. I do wish it was a tad closer to the main area of Vegas (strip) but it's not a far drive. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was amazing. Even better than I expected. The owners were such a joy to work with. The location was perfect. We were close enough to the strip to get there in 15 minutes, and far enough away to enjoy the views of the mountains while enjoying the local restaurants. This was the best decision for our stay in Las Vegas. I will book again on my next visit.

I can't say enough good things about this property. While there is a lot of great pictures of this property on the website you don't know until you actually walk into this place. As soon as you walk in your greeted with an open floor plan, updated modern look, top of the line appliances, and it looks and smells so clean. This place is immaculate and it's a great location, great neighborhood, safe and close everything. The outdoor living space is just awesome! When we weren't out doing stuff, we lived there (but mostly in the jacuzzi). The beds are so comfortable better than any hotel bed. I wanted to take that comforter home with me! There was 5 of us in our party and this place was perfect for our group. Everyone in our party couldn't stop talking about how awesome this place is. Laura and John are so attentive as well. They're very quick to get back to you with any questions you may have. This place is special. I'll never stay in a hotel in Vegas again! Thanks so much Laura and John! You guys are the best and so is your place!

We had a small group of friends who wanted to get a staycation getaway to socialize, play board games (we're all big nerds), and enjoy a weekend away. We could not have asked for a better facility! The home itself is conveniently located to many of Las Vegas' local amenities. It was spotlessly clean, well furnished and supplied (perhaps more than any other home we've stayed in). The hot tub and grill were all in working order and there was not a single complaint from any of our guests. Through it all, the hosts were very communicative and immediately responsive. There are necessary rules to adhere to based on local codes and ordinances. But as long as those rules are accepted and followed, anyone who stays here will have an amazing stay!

Laura and John were probably the best, most attentive hosts I’ve ever rented from.
The house was in perfect working order, exactly as advertised.
They’ve done a great job making this feel like a high-end hotel experience with the creature comforts of a house. The kitchen is very well stocked - we were able to cook steak, pizzas, pancakes, and pretty much anything else we wanted as we had cooking utensils and a pantry to work with.
Highly recommend for a family!

This place was perfect in so many ways. 1) when you walk in the front door it smelled great. 2) The open floor plan was perfect. 3) The bedrooms are all very clean and they way they set it up with soap towels I felt I checked into a high end vacation resort. The beds and pillows super comfy. Hot tub was perfect and private. A couple other things I will add. They had coffee, tea, aluminum foil and basic things needed to cook if you wanted to. As far as the location. Placed us 20 min from the Airport. 20min from Red rock, 20 min from the strip, 20 min from downtown. More less in the center of everything. MONEY$$ I did the math and for a weeks stay it was less than staying on the strip. I will re-book when I'm in Vegas again. Great Host, Great home to rent.100%

Laura and John’s home is absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with lovely design and attention to detail. The hosts are a pleasure, quick to respond with easy communication. The outdoor space with the hot tub feels like a resort. It was the perfect place for us to relax after a busy day out. We also enjoyed the indoor fireplace. Would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in beautiful surroundings.

This place was a perfect getaway and so clean and it was just like coming home. The hot tub was a major plus after walking the strip and Fremont, this helped out the sore muscles. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to my friends and family.
