Everything was perfect. Breakfast was really really nice, location was perfect and receptionists was always polite.
They put us on the 3rd floor even though they knew we would have a baby that we should carry on and also the stroller(without elevator). This was challenging.

It was clean, quiet, in a beautiful location, and the breakfast was superb!
Access to ice, but that is mostly a joke. Thank you for accommodating all of our needs:)

This hotel is in an ideal location if you want to visit Hallstatt while staying in a calm and relaxing environment. It is only about a 10 to 15-minute drive away, and you also have the convenient option of taking the ferry that connects the two villages across the lake. The property was recently renovated, so the rooms feel brand new, modern, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was rich, fresh, and delicious, providing a great start to each morning.
The staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and always ready to provide helpful tips and information about the area. The hotel sits in a very quiet neighborhood with the added convenience of a small supermarket nearby. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!
