I like the quiet location yet near amenities with plenty of supermarkets nearby. The nearest supermarket is 2 doors away. The Clot underground is a short walk and lovely cafes, bakeries and specialty shops are all a short stroll away Room is big enough for 3 and it has a lovely Dead Sea minerals shower /hand wash. I like the fridge, water, apples and bottle of alcohol for free, as part of welcome gesture. Service is good, and we hv a vending machine in the lobby for snacks 24/7. Will stay here again

Very comfortable beds and the whole hotel was very clean. Location was great. The underground station was just 3 minutes away around the corner and plenty of buses. Very quiet and peaceful location, clean. Convenience stores and pharmacy on the same street, plentiful of descent places to eat around. We arrived earlier to hotel and our luggage was taken on hold for us so we could go and eat lunch. Young tall Spanish woman was very empathetic and friendly on the first few days. Tall guy was very helpful too. Short guy and Asian looking woman were less empathetic just saying there was nothing they could do. Breakfast was very tasty, most products were good quality and fresh, but cucumber few days was dried out. Ricotta cheese was delicious. Scrambled eggs were good and moist some days and very dry other days. It could be more varied as nearly every day was same choice with tiny changes. Still, very good breakfast. We got we Grab and go boxes when we were leaving hotel at 3 am before breakfast time. Short young woman with short hair was lovely about it even tho I asked for that last minute - day before leaving.
We booked 2 rooms for the end of September in January and 1 of our rooms was on the 8th floor (with balcony) and other on the 2nd floor (standard comfort double). We would have expected to have rooms a bit closer to each other. We were told they were fully booked and too busy to do anything about it. We asked for kettles and irons + ironing boards prior to arrival but I had to ask for that as none of the rooms was equipped with it. They didn't have any as other guests were using it. We got some later on but I had to go to reception and ask for it. We only got it for 1 room and kettle was broken. We got working kettle next day. Coffee pods were good quality but coffee machines very flimsy and my room kept getting decaf pods. We asked for double beds in both rooms but comfort double had 3 single beds despite the fact we booked it 6 months in advance. There was a problem at the check out with the tax amount and reception team (short guy, I think manager or senior staff) was blunt about it saying it was the fault of booking.com and I had to take it with them. In the advertisement it was written 7.70 euro per person per night for one room, and £5.50 euro for another. It turned out all rooms are 7.70 euro.

Great location, very close to the city centre and just a short walk from the underground. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The property was clean. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
Overpriced for what it offers. The room was not cleaned every day, even though it was clean on the first day. The breakfast did not offer much variety, with only basic options available.
