I was on a very busy business travel and really wanted to use the bar and restaurant but it was closed on one of the days for an exclusive business event. It was a busy evening due to a soccer match and none of the nearby restaurants and bars had decent seating or enough food.
Treadmill was mis calibrated - the speed was off by more than 20%. Yes I checked the mph / kmph units.
Food was excellent.
Not enough power ports in the room near the bed.

This property has a very modern feel. The staff was very accommodating and provided good concierge services. The room itself was a little small but provided a great panoramic view from the spansive windows. The room was an accessible room, and the drawback was that the shower had long curtains, but the water would spread over the whole bathroom floor. Also, the shower curtains would smell like mildew after a shower, so we were constantly opening the room window to vent. Also, the hallway smelled unpleasantly dank for most of the week of our stay. The carpets must have been cleaned later in the week, as it smelled much better on the final day of our stay. It also would have been great to have the restaurant open for longer hours. All in all I would stay again, just in a different room.

This location was top notch! The aesthetic was amazing, location was great, walkable to a mall and a quick taxi to the city centre. The rooms were just as pictured, and the staff was impressive.
I was most impressed with Shanna (sp.). Her customer service was elite and exceeded my expectations. As the Manager of Customer Relations for a global luxury brand, I wish that I could have placed her in my luggage and brought her to the US to work on my team. She was personable, helpful, engaging, and delivered an exceptional experience for me as guest. I will certainly be returning to this property on my next visit to Barcelona.
