Staff were friendly and helpful and helped us with information to navigate our first time in BCN, free coffee and water always available, great location, bed was comfortable!
Room was a bit small for the price but that's typical for Barcelona, overall it's a good deal for a private room that's comfortable. If you just need a place to sleep, it's great!

Great location, great price, clean, nice staff.
The single room was VERY small. The window faces the interior hallway of the building and you can hear the front door of the building slamming shut throughout the night. It woke me up a lot.

Location is central, almost near the major transport and amenities. The staff are very helpful and friendly. One staff Jeanelle speaks fluent English so it's very easy to communicate our needs. She also helped us navigate public transport and suggested a nice nearby restaurant. It made our stay more convenient and relaxing.
The toilet is clean but it looks like some parts are outdated and need immediate replacement, for example, the toilet door.
