Staff at this hotel are super friendly and helpful, dealing with any enquiries or problems . My one criticism would be lack of information. There was nothing in our room to inform us of facilities or lack of! in the hotel. For example, we didn't know if there was room service or a mini bar available( there was neither) We had to ask about the breakfast arrangements and on our first day were gestured to take a seat at breakfast and then left to our own devices, not knowing if they would be taking an order for drinks or special requests. There is a bar/restaurant by the side of reception which is nothing to do with the hotel and it's very nice but is unusual due to it's special menu for Peruvian style food and drinks. So you need to eat out if this does not appeal.

Myself and my young family have just returned from a very enjoyable stay here (3 nights). Cannot fault the rooms being honest. Rooms clean and spacious, beds were extremely comfy, shower was good - what more could you ask for in a city break! I’d happily recommend the Grand Passage to all my friends.
