It was a wonderful place, the staff were exceptional.
There was nothing not to like. The meals provided were beautifully presented in every way but not to my son’s liking. I different menu was offered that ticked all the boxes (with a Japanese twist). I would say this wonderful experience suits couples more than families.

Honestly there was nothing that we did not like. Maybe they serve too much food.!

Really gorgeous, peaceful and beyond amazing service. We had the largest family room with our own private onsen. Every meal was such a treat, and Yuko really made us feel at home!
