The peace the view and the quality off the room
A little bit far from everything but it’s still very accessible so no problem

View was amazing. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast superb. Onsen delicious.
Staff were inflexible on the check-in time. We had to wait until exactly 3pm even though the room was ready earlier and we had been waiting quite a few hours.

We had a lovely stay
We took a ride on the boat around the lake
Watch the sun set which was spectacular over the lake and my Fuji
Then we had dinner in the restaurant

The room is quite spacious.
The hot spa is very small and primitive. No sauna and no cold pool. Outdoor spa is also very very small.
