Very friendly host, breakfast was very good, with good choices. Parking on site, good wifi, not far from Weymouth promenade, easy to find.
The shower was small for me, but I am a big lad.

It was exceptional in that price range. Fantastic value.
Good size single room with a desk, two chairs, mini fridge ... everything works fine.
It is clean, comfy bed ... I had no complains what so ever.
The shared bathroom is well maintained, modern and clean.
Nothing.
Just note the check in times.
