Very neat, tidy and clean. Very nice and accomodating staff.
Only thing I noticed was the shower curtain rail was a little flimsy.

Our room was HUGE. Radiators for heat, large bathroom, sitting area, mini-fridge, downtown was nearby. The breakfast was minimal but still tasty.
There was no ice and no hot breakfast choices. Our room was outside and one window opened to the front where folks would hang out to chat and smoke. A small but detailed instruction page for the TV would have been wonderful, we had attempted to watch the local news and weather but the front desk had to have someone come on to make the TV work.

Easy to find. Shower was good. It was clean.
Bagged breakfast subpar - one juice box missing a straw, one yogurt had been opened (I just threw them both away and didn’t say anything). It would be better not to include breakfast. View of street from room was not private (a half curtain would be nice for privacy)
