Situated in a quiet location in a residential area and only a minute's walk from the seafront, and with off-street parking. A nice clean room and en-suite with all the usual facilities, and serviced every day. A great breakfast cooked to order. Sara and Kevin are a lovely amiable couple and the perfect hosts.

Brilliant breakfast every morning! Towels excellent! Bed comfy and a good size! Owners/staff very helpful and cheery at all times! In fact all the other residents were also chatty and friendly!
Rooms were upstairs ( We all have difficulties in walking ) The shower cubicle was very small as we both have balance issues at our age.

Well placed for access to centre of Sandown, as well as beach, shops and seafront restaurants. Good parking off road. Has a bar and customer lounge available, both being comfortable spaces.

There are no questions about breakfast, it's wonderful!
It was a very cramped bathroom, and I drained the water for a very long time until the hot water finally started running. Of all the disadvantages, the biggest is the mattress! It's probably old and has lost its qualities. My wife and I were afraid to roll off it, and this caused concern.
