The property was in a great location, we loved the affordability and the fact that it was super quiet and it felt private.
I didn’t have anything major; I just would say that it wasn’t communicated to me that the city tax could only be paid by cash.
I am obviously happy to do so, but when I mentioned this to the lady/ employee that checked us in, I found her really unhelpful. There was a drastic attitude shift, especially as our mistake was genuine and we were happy to resolve it. She was dismissive and it felt like she didn’t want to help. I ended up walking in the sun to find the nearest ATM as I didn’t want to create a problem.
Obviously I ended up picking an ATM with a high charge but I just felt we didn’t need to be on the receiving end of what felt like rudeness.

The property is located close to restaurants and public transportation and staff was accomodating at checkin as I had a late check in.
There were other guests the first night that didn’t follow noise rules. They were loud after hours. The AC unit was very loud and sounded like it would break down at any minute.

Location was great, the room itself was fine
The facilities listed weren't often available, the kitchen was locked. The "free breakfast" was weird little muffins and a kettle with instant coffee and tea
