Had to call owner to get my breakfast although my booking said free breakfast

Secure parking

Broken bed side board , torn curtains, toilets need scrubbing . They seem to do basic cleaning only

This is the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Advertised amenities like wi-fi do not exist.

It is hard to imagine anything likable at this hotel... once we had come to terms with the giant palm-sized rats sharing our room, it is impossible to even try out the breakfast. There was very little to like at this hotel.

The attitude and professionalism of the reception would have gone a long way towards making us feel welcome upon arrival (notwithstanding the state of the room and the missing advertised amenities). The receptionist tried to cheat us out of additional money because we could not produce a booking confirmation with the amount in the local MZN currency (our booking was done in ZAR). But the worst was the state of the room. It clearly had not been used in a while and nobody tried to prepare it for new guests. The room was filthy... We found huge dead roaches (clearly from some kind of pesticide they have been using). We could hear the live roaches (or something even worse) running in the skirting at night. The bathroom (and the whole room, in general) did not look like it had been cleaned since the last guest - there were dried-up stains on the bathroom floor, shower, etc. There was only one set of "clean" towels (which we were too afraid to use), and a number of the advertised amenities simply did not exist or were not available (we were told that the "free wi-fi" had not worked in months. We had paid for breakfast to be included during our 2-day stay, but we could not bring ourselves to even consider eating their food - I shudder to think what the state of the kitchen much be like.

The staff were friendly

Well there was no hot water, the wifi connection was terrible, the toilet bowl was leaking and making a noise the entire time and the dstv only worked 1 out of 4 evenings I was there

The service received electronically to make arrangements for hte stay.

Reception was the worst ever experienced.

The mechanism used for payment, which was not comfortable, after the service was allocated on the day of my stay, led me to a mistake, so I had problems in reviewing the value and I was submitted to a new operation on the spot, under penalty of seeing the reservation canceled.

I loved the room. it´s spacious and comfortable. Also the kitchen is available at late hours

It´s very close to bus station. Food places are within walking distances. Staff very friendly

Majority of the dishes on the menu were not available

The manager Indian Mr sajid was so friendly that he opened for food at midnite. Very good hotel . The staff friendly. Good parking.. Really happy with full services. I am given the ref to all my partners to be there in future trips. Muhammad Karim
