LOVED the location.
Room was simple and had access to a big shaded quiet balcony----perfect for recuperating from jet lag.
The restaurant right around the corner and of course the English Garden right there: fantastic.
a small gym with a stationary bike for my partner would have been great

Positioned right next to the Englischer Garten and with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.
Underground car park was a real bonus.
Spacious double room with balcony.

Location is great as is the breakfast. Staff is very helpful and professional. We rented a Suite (sitting room, bathroom, bedroom) on the top floor, large and convenient, with nice balconies both sides of the building with nice views.
Bathroom has only one small sink for two persons, otherwise ok. No coffee, coffee machine, tea or even bottled water in the room available. Internet functions with many interuptions (seems to be a problem in the whole neighborhood.) Sofa can not be used to lie down. This is compensated by the fact that the rooms are fairly large.
