Very clean, good facilities and great pool. Location was quite high above Desenzano so a lovely view of the lake from the apartment we were in. A 15 minute walk along the promenade into the centre of town. Kitchen was new with oven and hob. Large balcony and air con. Smart TV and a large sofa bed in living area. Pool also seemed very new and was large with a jacuzzi area and kids pool. Desenzano itself was really nice with ferry access to the rest of lake Garda and a large number of restaurants. The staff were also very responsive to any questions I had.
Nothing but it is 5 minute walk up a hill so anyone with mobility issues would need transport.

Location was excellent. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped.
Felt safe and good parking options. Great pool.

The location was close to the old town. Walking distance around ten minutes. The residence was decent. It was quite clean.
There were no amenities. We arrived at the location around 11 pm and there was not even a bottle of water waiting for us.
