Location was fantastic, 15 mins from Alton towers, close to M6. Close to large shops within 10 mins drive. Lovely farm shops, cafes. Fantastic pub for grub The Royal Oak, meals were massive well worth the visit. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for you and their dog is gorgeous. Lovely wooden chalet with everything you could need, even had milk, orange juice, tea, coffee and night drinks. The brekkie was scrummy and the fresh coffee to die for, no seriously it was!!
The 1 and only thing, the sofa bed was uncomfortable as it is really for kids, so next time we visit they can have that and I'll have the separate bedroom.

EV charger available to use on site! The location has great views and is very peaceful with easy access and parking. The chalet has everything you need for a short break, it's well presented and very clean. WiFi box (did not use as had good signal), plenty of plug sockets, iron, hair dryer, board games and local flyers and information all readily available. The host are lovely and so is their little dog. Great little touches like arriving to tea and coffe facilities and fresh milk and orange juice. Breakfast in the morning was great, my children loved the pancakes and fresh strawberrys! We will be back when we next visit Alton towers
